- Own the product roadmap for interconnection and energy markets, focusing on the datasets, tools, and integrations that matter most.
- Research new domains quickly, partner with world-class project developers, and turn insights into product direction.
- Prioritize ruthlessly between speed, scope, and value while separating signal from noise to keep strategy clear.
- Lead a cross-functional team to automate critical project development workflows across interconnection, design, and financing.
- Prototype rapidly with AI tools and work directly with messy geospatial and grid datasets when needed to accelerate the product development lifestyle.
- Make critical build vs. buy decisions on strategically important datasets and own commercial negotiations with vendors and partners.
- Work with leadership to define positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for services offerings, ensuring alignment with the broader company vision.
- Write regularly and maintain a strong perspective about the industry (blog, Substack, etc.).

- Hands-on and scrappy—willing and able to do the work yourself when needed to get the job done, across both engineering and sales.
- Experience balancing technical debt with product growth.
- Comfortable with Python and SQL for working with data directly.
- Experience in power markets, grid infrastructure, or other energy tech.
- Skilled at making decisions under uncertainty and adjusting quickly.
- A fast learner who can pick up new concepts and domains incredibly quickly.
- 1+ years of early-stage startup experience.
- 4+ years of product management, software engineering, data science, or similar experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguous 0→1 product work.
- Technically fluent—comfortable working with APIs, datasets, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Strong experience working with data-driven or technical products.
- Experience with AI tools for prototyping, analysis, or automation.
- A problem-solver and team leader who brings clarity and momentum.
- Hybrid work in the office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn ~3x per week
