Program Coordinator, Guest Relations

Description

As a Program Coordinator, Guest Relations within JLL's Facility Management team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring efficient front‑desk operations. The role blends hospitality, operational support, and coordination to maintain a welcoming and productive workplace while assisting with service delivery, customer engagement, and event and facility management functions.

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism while maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Operate visitor management system for registrations, badge issuance, and access control; handle calls, messages, and emails courteously.
• Serve as point of contact for employee and visitor queries; collect feedback to improve service standards.
• Coordinate with helpdesk to resolve service tickets and monitor facility usage; liaise with vendors for issue resolution.
• Support planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and leadership visits, ensuring room readiness and logistics.
• Conduct basic facility inspections, manage front‑office equipment, safety supplies, and assist with emergency procedures.
• Maintain event tracker, manage catering, tech support, and guest logistics; keep inventory of front‑desk supplies.

• 2–4 years experience in receptionist, customer service, or hospitality roles, preferably in facility management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, multitasking, and time‑management skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with visitor management systems and ability to handle complaints with a customer‑centric approach.
• Preferred: background in facility management, event coordination, safety procedures, helpdesk ticket resolution, and vendor coordination.
