  • Manage transactional documentation to ensure all required documents comply with Company policies and procedures and oversee all post-closing communications.
  • Oversight of file management and maintenance of property database.
  • Oversee and manage the closing of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions from engagement to closing.
  • Independently oversee all required due diligence, and correspond with all transaction parties, including clients, brokers, title companies, lenders, surveyors, and governmental agencies.
  • Analyze and abstract transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, title reports, surveys, escrow instructions and related closing documents, to determine and advise on closing and informational requirements.
  • Prepare estoppels and SNDAs.
  • Participate in management meetings to review and advise on best practices.
  • Oversee third-party inspection process.

  • Understand standard real estate documents such as REAs, estoppel certificates and leases.
  • Ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing commercial real estate transactions (brokerage, title company, mortgage banker, law firm).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and research skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and aptitude for learning various other programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
