Lead, manage and monitor construction of a portfolio of projects and strive to maximize value, ensure smooth project management, run effective tenders, prepare and meet schedules, be laser focused on budget, and deliver on quality.
Develop system and processes to effectively manage the construction process.
Review proposed project plans and specifications and comment on the building design.
Lead annual performance assessments for each team member.
Manage the day / day administration of the Langley office with the office manager.

This can be out of our Vancouver or Langley BC Office with frequent travel between both offices.
College or university degree in a construction related field including project management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational, presentation skills.
Ability to travel and work out of the Langley and Downtown Vancouver office as required.
Experience must include budgeting, scheduling, estimation, and project management
Minimum 5 Years of successful experience in construction at a senior level.
