We are seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team. In this role you will provide strategic occupancy planning expertise, leveraging deep knowledge of client space supply and demand to develop scenario and occupancy plans for a designated regional portfolio.
The position involves fostering critical relationships across Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, Finance, project management, move coordination and facilities teams to align forecasts, resolve discrepancies and support construction and move initiatives. You will manage the development of occupancy plans, sequence group‑level and individual moves, and ensure all scenarios maximize space utilization while adhering to corporate guidelines.
Reporting duties include presenting utilization data, seat‑demand forecasts, and supply‑capacity analyses to organizational leadership, and reconciling top‑down projections with actual figures. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on the client’s workplace program, using data‑driven insights to increase productivity and guide strategic planning.
Successful candidates are proactive, tech‑savvy and excellent communicators who can work independently, multitask and meet deadlines. They possess expert data‑analysis capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, spatial creativity and a strategic mindset, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design or a related field.
