Tasks

-Build processes and implement property data in team database(s) -Collaborate with Director in property tax assessment reviews and tax appeals -Build and implement property reports, property tax and expense recovery analysis tools -Build relationships and communicate regularly with government bodies -Manage and participate in department and company projects as required -Manage processes to minimize risk and maximize revenues and recoveries from property portfolio -Work with legal to ensure agreements are in line with company directives -Respond to property information requests from company business lines/departments -Prepare department budgets, monitor income and expenses -Manage and finalize property agreements under the direction of department director (easements; purchase and land use rights; licenses)
