Build processes and implement property data in team database(s)
Collaborate with Director in property tax assessment reviews and tax appeals
Build and implement property reports, property tax and expense recovery analysis tools
Build relationships and communicate regularly with government bodies
Manage and participate in department and company projects as required
Manage processes to minimize risk and maximize revenues and recoveries from property portfolio
Work with legal to ensure agreements are in line with company directives
Respond to property information requests from company business lines/departments
Prepare department budgets, monitor income and expenses
Manage and finalize property agreements under the direction of department director (easements; purchase and land use rights; licenses)
