Tasks

-Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver impactful solutions -Driving continuous improvement in lab operations, quality systems, and sustainability practices -Characterising and testing pavement materials, including conducting relevant mix designs to meet technical and client requirements -Mentoring and developing team members to build technical capability -Leading research and development of innovative pavement and construction materials -Acting as the technical authority and deputy to the Product Development Team Leader -Contribute to sustainable infrastructure that makes a real-world impact.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in construction material testing, especially in soils, stabilisation, and bituminous binders -Familiarity with national/state road authority test methods and specifications and pavement modelling is a plus -A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Materials (Postgrad qualifications highly regarded) -Strong understanding of NATA-accredited lab environments and quality systems -Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
