Description

The IRA PWA Compliance Administrator ensures accurate documentation and adherence to the Inflation Reduction Act requirements for CSI and its subcontractors. The role involves maintaining records, conducting audits, and supporting compliance processes to meet labor and reporting obligations. Acting as a liaison, the administrator facilitates compliance tracking and provides documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

• Stay updated on Inflation Reduction Act regulations and provisions.
• Maintain accurate records of documentation submission, labor hours, and compliance status for CSI and subcontractors.
• Investigate compliance violations or irregularities and determine corrective actions.
• Support external audits and inspections related to the IRA.
• Compile and submit reports and documentation for CSI’s labor requirements under the IRA.
• Serve as primary point of contact with subcontractors regarding labor compliance on IRA projects.
• Audit internal and subcontractor documentation to ensure IRA compliance.
• Identify compliance deficiencies and facilitate resolution with relevant parties.

Requirements

The position requires frequent outdoor work on uneven surfaces and may involve long periods of sitting, standing, or bending. The work environment is climate‑controlled about 60 % of the time, with exposure to industrial equipment, high noise levels, and occasional hazardous chemicals. • Experience in regulatory compliance or a similar field.
• Proficiency with LCPTracker and project management/compliance tracking tools.
• Familiarity with IRA provisions, including tax, clean energy incentives, and healthcare pricing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong conflict resolution, reasoning, and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive attitude with ability to work under pressure and take ownership.

Benefits

Compensation is an hourly rate of $34–$38, paid weekly, with additional benefits including 15 days of paid time off plus nine holidays, a 401(k) plan with a 100 % match up to 6 % and profit‑sharing potential, and company‑paid life and AD&D insurance.
