Compensation is an hourly rate of $34–$38, paid weekly, with additional benefits including 15 days of paid time off plus nine holidays, a 401(k) plan with a 100 % match up to 6 % and profit‑sharing potential, and company‑paid life and AD&D insurance. Medical and dental coverage is provided at 100 % for the employee and 75 % for dependents, alongside voluntary plans for disability, vision, and supplemental life insurance.
