Support the development of recovery plans for delayed activities and critical path items.
Maintain work breakdown structures, baseline documentation, and project controls records.
Develop, maintain, and update the integrated project schedule across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Coordinate with contractors to gather and validate updated schedules and progress reports.
Collaborate with field personnel to ensure alignment between planned work and actual progress.
Participate in project reviews, audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform schedule updates using field observations, progress data, vendor inputs, and quantity tracking.

Six or more years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or planning within industrial, construction, or energy projects.
Ability to analyze schedule data, identify issues, and communicate findings clearly.
Experience with Primavera P6 or comparable scheduling systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with risk analysis, resource and quantity tracking, and forecasting.
