Manage and supervise the entire construction process for adherence to plans and specifications
Develop and implement effective construction strategies, including safety protocols, quality control, and project tracking
Plan and coordinate the construction schedule, budget, and resources
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to see that the project runs seamlessly
Conduct inspections to review compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
Train and manage onsite construction teams so they meet project expectations
Track project progress and report on status to management and clients

Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80% of the time, including living on-site.
5+ years of experience in construction management and supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes
Experience with industrial projects a plus
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
