Lead global finance for real estate client, handling contracts, budgets and stakeholder relations.
Manage JLL contribution to Client’s Quarterly Budgeting and Forecasting Process including future strategy modelling inclusions, Regional submission co-ordination and quality control reviews.
Contribute to MSA changes and updates.
Delivery of Financial KPI measurement method.
Provides clear direction and commercial advice to the account team and regional commercial leads.
