Tasks

-Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines for operations teams. -Develop and manage budgets for operational improvement projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets. -Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure consistency, safety, and reliability across engineering and operational activities. -Conduct field assessments and technical audits to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. -Facilitate cross-functional workshops and awareness sessions to embed operational excellence. -Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all operational functions. -Ensure infrastructure and asset designs are practical, maintainable, and aligned with long-term lifecycle performance. -Monitor adherence to internal standards and external regulations, and lead corrective actions where needed. -Engage with stakeholders to align strategic goals and execution plans. -Monitor performance metrics, resource utilization, and ROI to ensure measurable value delivery. -Develop scalable and compliant operational processes and procedures. -Conduct financial analysis and lifecycle costing to support investment decisions and initiative prioritization.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. -Skilled in Budgeting, Financial Control, Facilities Cost Budgeting, and Business Planning. -Proficient in Asset Lifecycle Planning, Project Planning & Scheduling, and Workforce Planning. -Excellent communication skills for planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. -Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance Principles and Facility Management Operations. -Minimum of 6 years of experience in facility operations, asset lifecycle planning, and operational excellence.
