Special Projects PM - Commercial Construction

Description

Our client is seeking a Special Projects Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in sectors such as retail, schools, and hospitality. This role manages the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Oversee project budgets, procurement, and documentation
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track
• Lead and mentor project staff as needed
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, and internal teams
• Manage day-to-day project operations, including labor, materials, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

Requirements

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven experience managing commercial projects, particularly retail, schools, or hospitality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
