The Project Executive leads the delivery of predictable outcomes for internal teams, external partners, and customers while upholding Layton’s core values of integrity, safety, and quality. This role is accountable for the financial and overall performance of all projects within an assigned portfolio, from acquisition through completion, and for cultivating new business and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the executive guides pre‑construction activities, manages project margins, and ensures an exceptional client experience.

- Serve as the principal point of contact, guaranteeing customer success from project inception to completion.
- Manage annual project margin goals, targeting appropriate customers and exceeding expectations.
- Facilitate client satisfaction by providing an enjoyable and professional experience.
- Organize community service initiatives and represent the company at industry events.
- Develop, review, and adjust project schedules, allocating resources to prevent problems.
- Resolve complex issues across construction, personnel, and related domains.
- Provide senior‑level input on schedules during acquisition and execution phases.
- Apply sound judgment and maintain efficiency under stressful conditions.
- Identify complex construction problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions.

Required qualifications include a four‑year construction‑related degree, a minimum of fifteen years of project management experience, and compliance with company drug‑testing and vehicle safety policies.
