We are seeking a Lead & Senior Substation P&C Relay Technician ( Remote ) who thrives in complex environments, leads with confidence, and brings hands-on expertise to mission-critical projects. In this role, you’ll lead commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced protective relaying schemes in generation, transmission, and distribution substations.

- Expertise in three-phase power systems, protection schemes, and SCADA integration.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 5+ years field experience in relay testing, calibration, and substation commissioning.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
Work Location: 100% Remote with Traveling
