As a Lettings Consultant, you'll take charge of the lettings journey from start to finish - meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. You'll be covering developments around Northampton, so a driving licence and your own car are essential (mileage is fully reimbursed).
Feeding back on marketing and pricing trends to the wider team.
Providing exceptional service to every potential resident - ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
Coordinating with tenancy progression and property management teams to make sure every move-in runs smoothly.
