Understanding of EMC/EMI principles and mitigation techniques for power electronics systems.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong problem identification, root cause analysis, and a systematic approach to complex challenges.
Knowledgeable about 3rd party certification requirements
Recognized as an expert in the generation, verification, and validation of requirements for solar and energy storage systems
Understanding of NERC/FERC reliability standards, grid codes, 3rd party certification requirements (e.g., UL 9540, NFPA 855), and experience with power systems simulation software.
Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to break-down complex issues, determine possible courses of action, and enable effective decision making
8+ years in engineering, with significant Systems Engineering experience in utility-scale solar and energy storage or related experience.
Proven expertise in the generation, verification, and validation of complex requirements, including proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama, DOORS).
