Assist program PMO in the development and adherence of Standardization of templates, workflows and methodologies
Build, Refine, and enforce governance frameworks, process and decision structures

Own the structure and organization of Program documentation across all product areas
Monitor Adherence to templates, processes, and quality expectations

Demonstrated experience in managing technology project initiatives and product management
Demonstrated understanding of Audit Practices, IT controls, and documentation readiness
Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.
Demonstrated success in customer facing technology product management role
Proven Executive Presentation and stake-holder management communication skills
Strong Understanding of PMO Governance, Delivery Frameworks, and Compliance Standards
In-depth knowledge and experience in IT project management methodologies, requirement management, quality assurance and IT processes

A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and deploying large scale IT applications.
Ability to create senior level presentations via various mediums strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with SAP S4/HANA Modernization or large-scale transformational technology programs.
Understanding of Utility related regulations associated with technology projects such as SOX, 810, BPU, ect.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field and 8 years of relevant experience in the technology field; in lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience in the technology field may be considered
Demonstrated experience managing Change Controls and Document Management
In-depth knowledge of the business area’s functions and applications, and of system and technology alternatives
Demonstrated experience managing outsourced vendors (on and off shore) within the information technology field
Demonstrated leadership capabilities through projects or other work planning experiences
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
