- Process outgoing and incoming mail, FedEx, and freight on a daily basis
- Perform a variety of filing and scanning
- Serve as the first point of contact to visitors and represent the company in a friendly, helpful manner
- Assist with a variety of computer-related tasks
- Assist Service Technicians with setup, repairs, and manual labor
- Estimate and produce document field repair proposals for technician’s
- Assist sales staff with estimating and proposals
- Answer incoming phone calls and accurately route calls using professional and pleasant phone etiquette
- Assist field technician’s with materials and equipment pricing and ordering
- Assist in estimating and producing documents for service agreement proposals
- Coordinate distribution of materials, parts and equipment
- Support maintenance planning and tracking

- Good written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- 1 year of building maintenance or HVAC service experience
- Inclement weather possible
- Routine sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to solve problems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to reach/stoop, climb ladders, function at heights, and in tight, confined spaces.
- This position may require lifting to 50 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
