MasTec Renewables is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Executive to lead multiple utility‑scale solar projects across the United States. In this role you will manage complex construction efforts, mentor project teams, and promote a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation while delivering high‑impact storage solutions that support grid resilience and decarbonization.
- Hold an associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of construction industry experience, with a preference for utility‑scale solar project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Procore, Primavera, Timberline, and related construction software.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contracts, and regulatory documents.
- Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Benefits
The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., with up to 50% travel required to visit project sites. Employees receive a vehicle allowance and a company credit card to cover business‑related travel expenses.
Compensation ranges from $155,000 to $185,000 annually, complemented by a 401(k) match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
