Provide guidance and support to surveyors, ensuring adherence to standards.
Participate in meetings (face-to-face or virtual) and manage challenging conversations professionally.
Manage pilot surveys to test systems and procedures before full rollout.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and survey teams.
Appoint, brief, and coordinate surveyors for fieldwork activities.
Assist with the setup and testing of mobile devices for data collection.
Stay updated on industry regulations, HHSRS standards, and best practices related to energy efficiency.
Report progress and address issues affecting fieldwork delivery.
Undertake physical re-inspections, accompanied visits, and on-site QA checks.
