Post safety notices and assist in maintaining compliance with workplace safety standards.
Research and verify the compatibility of replacement parts to ensure proper fit and function.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Send packing slips and order confirmations to the accounting department for accurate recordkeeping and invoicing.
Input equipment maintenance activities and hour readings into the Fiix maintenance tracking software.
Receive, check, and stock shelves with incoming materials, maintaining clear labeling and organization.
Use Microsoft Outlook for professional email communication with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Conduct filter replacements and basic maintenance on select equipment as scheduled.
Perform basic repairs and upkeep, including small painting tasks and simple bench repairs (e.g., grinders, welding whips, extension cords, air hoses).
This role is primarily based in the maintenance shop, with occasional travel to vendor locations or worksites for parts pickup and deliveries. It involves both administrative and hands-on work in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.
Monitor consumable inventory levels, and proactively reorder items from discount vendors using blanket purchase orders (POs).
Run local errands such as picking up parts or delivering items for repair (valid driver’s license required).
Order parts and supplies using the Fraxion purchasing platform, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Assist with office maintenance tasks, including desk alterations and minor facility adjustments.
Track and follow up on orders to confirm delivery timelines and resolve delays or discrepancies.

Coordinate limited scheduling of outside contractors for repairs or maintenance support.
