You’ll be embedded on site, coordinating contractors, managing day-to-day construction, and ensuring everything is delivered safely, on time, and to spec. If you thrive on running a site, keeping things moving, and taking ownership – this is for you.

Track progress, manage materials, and validate man-hours
Run progress meetings and support safety reviews (PHSSERs, HAZIDs, Constructability Reviews)
Review work packs, method statements, and lifting plans
Close out mechanical completion and handover documentation
Manage multiple contractors and hit project milestones
Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) to lead a Pipeline Integrity Improvement project at Wytch Farm.

Oil & Gas / Petrochemical experience preferred
HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Knowledge of Permit to Work, risk management, and quality assurance
Must live in Dorset or be willing to relocate (no lodge provided)
Civil works experience and ability to read construction drawings
Temporary Works Coordinator minimum
Strong construction management experience and leadership skills
