- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory approvals as required.
- Develop and analyze structural designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai's building codes.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience, managing projects in an engineering consultancy environment with a strong residential portfolio of projects in the UAE.
- Proven experience in BIM-based structural modelling and detailing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Dubai Municipality unlimited Engineering License.
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to handle client interactions and team coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for structural modelling and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality/DDA/ Trakhees building codes and international codes.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD Pro, PROKON).
- Microsoft office including word and Excel.
