Assist the site team in maintaining efficient haul cycles to support production goals
Monitor equipment condition and report mechanical issues promptly
Maintain proper haul routes, communicate hazards, and follow signals from equipment operators and spotters
Operate off-road haul trucks to move dirt, aggregates, and construction materials on active job sites
Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections and document findings
Adhere to company safety standards, site rules, and OSHA requirements at all times
Ensure safe loading and dumping procedures, including proper positioning under excavators/loaders
