In the Bridges team, the Lead Designer will produce high‑quality BIM models and detailed drawings for highway and railway bridge projects, ensure adherence to technical quality standards, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with Canada‑based clients, providing responsive, client‑focused service.

The ideal candidate is highly self‑motivated, ambitious, and capable of leading a small team with minimal supervision. They should be committed to pursuing professional accreditation, able to adapt to different cultures, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Essential qualifications include 8–12 years of BIM experience after completing a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering, proven expertise in preparing detailed structural design drawings for bridge structures across all phases, and proficiency in setting up Revit and CAD standards. The candidate must be skilled in creating drawing sheets from Revit 3D models, reinforcement detailing in 2D and 3D, developing BIM documentation and workflow processes, and mentoring junior technicians.
Desirable attributes are advanced proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as experience on high‑speed rail projects.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Canada‑based clients.
- Have 8–12 years of BIM experience with a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and reinforcement detailing in 2D/3D.
- Desirable experience in high‑speed rail projects.
