Define the process, documentation, training and tools to ensure successful offering execution

Understanding of safety documentation (e.g., arc flash labels, lockout/tagout procedures)
Demonstrate systems thinking: understanding how people, processes, and technology interact; capability and gap analysis; service ecosystems
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (required).
Strong knowledge of service design principles and methodologies, including customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and service prototyping
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
