Supply Chain Specialist

Description

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of outbound and inbound logistics and technical inventory preparation, ensuring that the right equipment is delivered to the right place at the right time.

This role manages order fulfillment so that equipment is available for the nationwide network of technicians and performs value‑added services to provide ready‑to‑install equipment to customers.

The specialist also contributes to inbound processing during high‑volume periods and assists with general fulfillment tasks to ensure total team coverage.

• Demand Execution: Generate and release Transfer Orders (TOs) for Field Technicians based on confirmed site visit demand, ensuring inventory is available at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled need.
• Site Fulfillment: Fulfill direct to customer shipments in preparation for technician visits, ensuring equipment arrives on time and is ready for the scheduled work.
• Inbound Management: Receive inbound packages, verify contents against manifests, and immediately process receipt transactions within NetSuite.
• Tracking & Transparency: Maintain 100% data integrity by accurately entering tracking data for all outbound shipments into NetSuite and communicating any delays with planning teams.
• Equipment Programming: Coordinate and execute internal programming requests, ensuring digital configurations are correctly mapped to physical units prior to shipment.
• Deployment Standards: Apply specialized labeling and technical preparation adhering to Self‑Service deployment standards for "plug‑and‑play" field use.
• Technical Readiness: Oversee organization of specialized inventory within programming stations, documenting all internal movement via bin transfers in NetSuite.
• Cycle Counting: Perform physical cycle counts as directed by Inventory Control to support data auditing, reconciliation, and loss prevention.
• SOP Adherence: Execute all fulfillment, logistical, and technical configuration processes strictly according to documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operational Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, sweeping, and organizing tasks to maintain a high‑standard warehousing environment.
• Asset Organization: Own the organization and cleanliness of both general storage areas and specialized technical configuration zones.
• Cross‑Functional Support: Contribute to inbound processing during high‑volume periods and assist with general fulfillment tasks to ensure total team coverage.

Requirements

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs and stay active to maintain an organized warehouse.
• Technical Aptitude: Must be comfortable using computers, ready to learn NetSuite and Excel, and confident following instructions to program or configure technical equipment.
• Strong Communication: Ability to give clear updates to the team, report any issues quickly, and stay organized with digital tracking.
