The position includes supervisory responsibilities, managing project managers and cross‑functional teams.
The Executive Project Manager leads planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large‑scale projects, establishes governance frameworks, and provides executive‑level reporting. They oversee all project lifecycle phases, approve plans, schedules, cost controls, and resolve escalated issues. They develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance, quality, and safety.
IFS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Project Manager to join our team. The Executive Project Manager is a vital member of the operations team, providing strategic leadership, oversight, and execution of complex, high‑value projects across the organization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards, while serving as a key liaison between executive leadership, clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or CCM are strongly preferred. Ten to fifteen years of progressive project management experience, including oversight of multi‑million‑dollar portfolios and executive‑level reporting, are required. Experience with public‑ or private‑sector projects and occasional travel are also desired.
