Candidates should have a good driving record (WSDL), strong communication skills, and be willing to follow detailed instructions while learning all areas of the industry. The position is a hand polisher on the second shift (2:00 PM–12:30 PM) Monday through Thursday. Successful candidates must work well in a team, arrive on time, pay attention to detail, and operate electric and pneumatic tools such as grinders, stone polishers, and saws. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lb, and the ability to drive long distances when needed.
