  • Prioritise AI partnerships: Source and qualify opportunities with the business to prioritise and manage AI opportunities, ensuring value delivery across the business for Mott MacDonald and its clients.
  • Leverage AI: utilise AI technology to create value for Mott MacDonald by assessing and trialling technology and conducting commercial assessments.
  • Facilitates collaboration to deliver an outcome. Achieves through others by creating trust and psychological safety; anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders, so aligning teams with vision and strategy to deliver outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics for the partnerships team and AI assessments, and regularly report on progress and outcomes
