Work closely with Project Managers and Project Accountants to support the project profitability goals of the firm.

Assist with appropriate administrative and project support tasks supporting the needs of the project team and office.
Produce planning and scheduling reports and analysis.
Perform project controls general administrative and clerical functions.

Identify potential project problems early, report issues to manager and work with project team to implement recovery plans.
Routinely proposes and produces more effective ways to accomplish assignments.

Provide project controls administrative support with report and presentation preparations, record maintenance and scheduling Provide additional support as required/needed by the project manager(s) or project controls manager.

Develop, track, analyze, forecast and report on project budgets, estimates, commitments, expenditures, project progress and productivity, work plans and schedules, projects cost at completion, WBS cost coding, subcontracts and change management.
