The position involves subassembly of components for hoist builds, requiring interpretation of blueprints, written and verbal specifications, and may be assigned to either the electric or manual classification within the assembly department.
The role demands a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality, with expectations to maintain an orderly work area and ensure that all produced parts meet required standards.
Successful candidates should be capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, using a variety of hand and power tools, operating machines such as drill presses and hydraulic presses, and performing precise measurements with appropriate instruments.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) and any prior experience or training is considered a plus.
