  • Develop and performance manage against an approved and baselined schedule.
  • Enable and empower the construction team to deliver to cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Identify, develop, and implement a construction plan that will ensure outputs are delivered consistently.
  • Utilising Project Management principles, develop a culture of best practise in construction management, project delivery and leadership.

  • Knowledge of ship operation and management.
  • Understanding of project management principles including Earned Value Management.
  • Australian Citizenship required to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.

  • Experience in a Project Management role or equivalent.
  • 10+ years’ experience in the shipbuilding industry.
  • Competency in Microsoft office.
  • 3+ Years’ experience in a Project/Production Leadership role.
  • Knowledge of facility management.
  • Qualification in Project Management.
  • Good management skills and team building capability.
