- Ensure all projects meet quality standards per customer’s specifications and/or CQA plan as well as MEES SOP.
- Follow all safety processes and procedures.
- Work with the Project Manager and Crew Leaders to ensure the daily completion activity is accomplished.

- Ability to work in all weather.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Experience with geosynthetic liner installation practices.
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driver history to be an approved driver for the company.
- Experience and familiarity with welding of HDPE/LLDPE liner, sewing and heat bonding of geotextiles including maintenance of welding and sewing devices.
- Ability to operate a skid steer or telehandler per MEES SOP.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
