Provide support to the Village Manager

Enjoy building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
Have a keen focus on clinical documentation with excellent time management skills
Have proven experience as Registered Nurse, preferably in residential aged care
Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible and willing to respond to emergencies on call
Be an advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor and share knowledge with your team
Have a comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes
Will be an outstanding communicator who is professional and empathetic
