Proficient knowledge of computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience selling in the multi-family market highly preferred.
Valid Driver’s license in good standing
Proven experience spearheading both the planning and implementation of multiple projects, with the proper level of organization and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Ability and evidence of showing composure, a positive attitude and strong judgement, even in adverse situations in a team environment.
Thorough understanding of contracts with the ability to create, draft, prepare, revise, review, and negotiate complex contract terms.
Thorough understanding of safety and quality policies and procedures
Must have the ability to interact, collaborate and execute at all the highest levels of the company.
Must be enthusiastic about developing the plan, but also have the ability and passion to drive projects to successful completion.
3+ years outside commercial sales experience required, within the emergency response/restoration industry preferred.
Long range planning skills to ensure capability and capacity to meet business strategy.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related preferred.
