Technical Support Engineer

You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, involved in the design and overseeing the manufacture of luminaires and lighting systems and providing technical support to customers and internally.

• Keep site-specific documentation ever relevant and up to date.
• Quality control and ensuring conformity to ISO 9001
• Conduct client training sessions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Sales for additional days or materials quotations.
• Contribute to network design with your expertise.
• Commission Bluetooth and DALI sytems using tools from Tridonic, Casambi and Hubsense.
• Support our production department with diagnosing faults and providing electrical schematics.
• Exercise your discernment in reviewing systems for optimal product and service combinations.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge systems and equipment.

We are currently expanding our technical team and are looking for exceptional professionals to join us on our journey.

• Have awareness of electrical safety protocols.
• Have a background in electrical installation, testing or commissioning.
• Be proficienct in Microsoft Excel (essential).
• Have a background of lighting controls.
• Knowledge of electrical devices such as sensors, scene panels, and switch interfaces.
• Have good knowledge of SAP (preferable).
• Diagnose faults remotely and on-site.
• Have an understanding of 0/1-10V and DSI, and inverters.
• Be familiar with lighting control gear technology such as D4i, DMX, and specific relevant DALI protocols.
• Demonstrate awareness of Electrical Safety protocols.
• Hold a qualification in engineering or relevant electrical field.

Holidays: 20 days (plus bank holidays).
