  • Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best-practices.
  • Issue deficiency notices to installs with commissioning errors.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Update CRM, fulfillment portal, third party financier portals and various other business tools.
  • Proactive fleet management for all systems in service, to confirm performance and monitoring expectations.
  • Ensure solar project commissioning is 100% complete and accurate before issuing approval to internal finance teams.
  • Manage quality of construction and adherence to scope of work for system performance.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present regarding management, vision and strategy in internal and external forums.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience including 1+ year of experience working with one or more Solar OEM inverter and Battery installation and commissioning procedures.
  • Ability to read solar plan sets.
  • Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced work environment as well as accept and learn from feedback quickly.
  • Experience working in Construction, Roofing, Solar or Electrical
  • Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
