Creative design studio specializing in landscape architecture and urban design.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, this role provides critical support to studios in their delivery of operational excellence and safety standards. You will primarily interface with local Studio Managers, Directors and design leaders in support of their Quality, Safety and Environment processes (ISO certification), as well as compliance reporting and client / subconsultant contract management.
As the primary point of contact for studios requiring Integrated Management System (IMS), safety, and compliance support, you will maintain a birds-eye-view of studio operations, and changing legislative / compliance requirements.
Formal qualifications in WHS, Environmental Management, Training & Assessment or similar are desirable but not strictly required. Exposure to ISO standards and WHS legislation will be highly regarded, as well as knowledge of current and emerging sustainability rating systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact in a values-driven organisation. You’ll contribute 3 - 5 years of professional experience in compliance, safety, or contract management roles – ideally from project-based environments such as design, architecture, construction, mining, engineering or similar.
Only applications from Australian Citizens, permanent residents or long-term visa holders are eligible for appointment at this time.
Whilst we currently seek applicants based in Perth or Adelaide, we are open to considering those based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. If that’s you, reach out for a conversation.
