Élaborer les calendriers et les échéanciers pour les divers projets;
Faire le suivi des chantiers, répondre aux questions techniques de l’entrepreneur, rédiger les avis de changement, compiler les quantités, préparer les décomptes progressifs, faire l’analyse des avenants, etc.
Vérifier les dessins et les plans afin de s’assurer de leur exactitude envers le cahier de charge;
Assister le chargé de projet dans la conception et la surveillance de projets en infrastructures municipales;
Effectuer la surveillance de chantiers au besoin.
Banque d’heures pour les employés à salaire horaire ;
Intervenir dans le concept préliminaire de projets d’infrastructures jusqu’à leur construction;
Rédiger les devis techniques, concevoir les plans, effectuer les calculs hydrauliques, estimer les coûts, préparer les bordereaux de quantités, etc.;
Assister aux réunions de chantier et rédiger les procès-verbaux;
Requirements
baccalauréat génie

Baccalauréat en génie de la construction ou en génie civil ;
Flexibilité d’horaire ;
Attitude positive, sens développé pour les relations interpersonnelles, bon esprit d’équipe, débrouillardise.
Connaissance du logiciel PCSWMM, modélisation des réseaux urbains (un atout);
Compte de gestion santé ;
Bonne capacité de rédaction;
2 ans d’expérience en conception et surveillance de travaux de construction ;
Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint …);
Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
