Program Manager, Zayed Sustainability Prize

Description

• Support the roll out of the Prize’s Ambassador Program and suggest ways to drive further engagement of the Ambassadors involved.
• Manage the implementation of the Zayed Sustainability Prize programs, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all activities related to each program.
• Manage and enhance the Prize’s youth focused activities and programs.
• Identify and develop new programs that enhance the Prize’s existing activities.
• Identify new partners for the Prize that will enhance its existing and new programs to ensure long term sustainability and growth.
• Streamline and ensure the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs.
• Identify opportunities that create further awareness and position the Prize as a thought leader globally.
• Support with the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally.
• Manage the delivery of program content for the Prize’s thought leadership platforms, as needed ensuring that all targets and objectives are met.
• Coordinate any third parties that are engaged to deliver programs for the Prize to ensure objectives are met on time and budget with limited risk.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
• Experience in both office-based and site environment.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to influence decision-makers to implement internal enhancement initiatives.
• Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced, diverse environment.
