Maintain the correct accountability regarding the certifications across the departments in the organization
Provide backup for other compliance, External/Internal quality disciplines
Participate in multi discipline teams to address quality system improvements, aligned to the achievement of company objectives.
Support risk management and change control activities.
Maintain and execute the internal and external audit program
Develop best practices around document control
Act as the main point of contact for all QMS related topics within the Dundee factory
Oversee effective implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System throughout the company
Maintain the Quality Manual.
Monitor and report on quality system metrics (e.g., nonconformities, audit findings, CAPA status).
Maintain and monitor all non-conformances ensuring effective remedial, corrective, and preventative actions are taken in a timely manner, escalate as required.
Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
Ensure training and compliance to quality system procedures throughout the organization.
Collaboration with approval / certification bodies, wider business, and Customers to interpret and define requirements
Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities using 8D, 5 Why, A3.
Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure quality requirements are understood and met.
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulatory changes.

Proven experience of managing a Quality Management System
Good presentation skills, including common use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent problem-solving skills, and good knowledge Lean tools e.g. 5 WHY, ISHIKAWA, A3, 8D
