Produce and distribute monthly metrics/scorecards and ad-hoc reports for your business areas. Analyse data to understand key themes and trends (MS Excel, PowerBI, SuccessFactors).
Support the delivery of the talent agenda (e.g. local succession planning, engagement and development activity, End of Year processes and Talent Reviews), and provide relevant data and insights.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local Trade Union representatives and provide administrative support to the TU Forums where required.
Work with the People Leads to deliver the people plan for the business areas, and contribute to and support the delivery of wider People projects such as DEI, EVP, and Reward.
