Work in cooperation with bridge staff to deliver PS&E contract documents on time and within the project budget for local agencies, federal agencies, and state DOTs
Prepare designs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and specifications
Structures lead for projects, coordinating staff and design efforts
Assist in building a strong regional presence for the firm in transportation and structural engineering
Design, evaluate, and analyze highway bridges
Perform bridge designs and load ratings using spreadsheets, finite element software and/or other bridge software

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Masters a plus
Experience with the design of multiple bridge types in concrete and steel, wall systems, and minor structures
Willingness to work on projects locally or in workshare with other offices, some travel required--<10%
Experience with AASHTO LRFD, AISC, ACI, and other North American design codes
Solid understanding of transportation projects
Design Build and Alternative Delivery experience a plus
Established relationships with local clients (WSDOT/ITD) a plus
Strong people skills and an ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Experience working in bridge design team
