Analyst, Development

• Conduct market, land, and regulatory project research.
• Partner with the larger Development team to coordinate efforts and drive projects forward from inception through to construction.
• Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets.
• Support team in managing overall development pipeline.
• Assist with MSAs, task orders, invoices, and data management.
• Partner with the legal and permitting teams to process relevant paperwork.
• Support team in engaging internal and external stakeholder.

Seeking a motivated candidate for an Analyst, Development position for utility scale solar development. This position would support the Development department and will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team involved in all stages of project development, from conception through start of construction. Projects may be located across multiple states and will generally have between a 36–48-month development cycle. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound industry and project development knowledge, superior leadership and communication skills, the ability to focus on minute details while still seeing the big picture, detailed organization, a desire to solve complex problems, initiative, results oriented and an excellent ability to work with others across multiple teams.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate for a Development Analyst position. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound industry knowledge, superior communications and detail-oriented organizational skills. This role reports to the Director, Development.

• Ability to formulate and recommend decisions with imperfect information.
• 1-2+ years’ experience required in renewable energy development.
• Four-year Bachelor’s degree
• Proactive: flexible and able to work cross-functionally with various teams and provide support on various tasks
• Demonstrates initiative and excellent work ethic in fast paced environment.
• Detail oriented, multitasking, experience working with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Strong organization, communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and Power Point), Microsoft Teams
• Must be a strong team player with experience working in teams.
• Project management, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this full-time position is listed below (plus bonus and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. $79,730—$93,800 USD
