  • Support audits and respond to any SLNT Infractions to prevent non-conformance under the performance measurement framework.
  • Maintain full records to support audit and compliance checks by TfL.
  • Identify risks to SLNT delivery and implement mitigation measures proactively.
  • Review and update the SLNT Plan annually or when required by TfL to reflect changes to services, legislation, or company strategy.
  • Coordinate apprenticeship recruitment, social mobility initiatives, educational engagement, and targeted placement activities.
  • Coordinate regular progress meetings with TfL’s Supplier Skills Manager and relevant internal teams.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Agreed SLNT Plan and associated Implementation
  • Work with the Performance Manager to prepare and submit Quarterly SLNT Monitoring Reports within 10 working days of each quarter end, detailing performance against agreed outputs.
  • Plan for each TfL contract, ensuring all outputs, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Manage partnerships with training providers, charities, employability groups, and educational institutions to meet SLNT targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all TfL personnel on SLNT matters.
  • Track and evidence all SLNT activity including apprentice starts, completions, job starts, placements, and engagement days.
  • Ensure subcontractors are aligned with SLNT objectives and provide complete and accurate reporting of their activities.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with public sector clients (e.g. TfL, local authorities).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple concurrent projects/contracts.
  • Competent in data management, compliance reporting, and use of monitoring templates/spreadsheets.
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK apprenticeship frameworks, funding mechanisms, and social mobility initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering apprenticeship, training, social value, or skills programmes within a regulated or infrastructure environment.
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion strategies and their application in workforce planning.
