- Analyzing sales data, trends, and guest feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improvement.
- Overseeing the beverage program, including curating wine, beer, cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage selections, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met.
- Develop and maintain inventory procuring systems.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize profitability thru procurement, cost-control, pricing and revenue, while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee the process of ordering, maintaining pars, and supply management in order to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of bar managers and sommeliers through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for beverage operation.
- Directly responsible for developing and executing opening and ongoing training for all Food & Beverage Operations.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets.
- Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
- Advanced level sommeliers with CMS or Level 3 with WSET is required.
- Extensive experience as a Beverage or Operations Manager is required.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Ability to go above and beyond, demonstrating meaningful care in everything you do.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Specific experience in bar inventory management with in-depth wine, beer and cocktail knowledge.
