Champion process improvements and standardization of design tools and practices.
Provide field assessments and construction support as needed.
Ensure QA/QC compliance with safety standards and regulatory codes (NEC, IEEE, NFPA, IEC).

Represent Larson at industry events and client meetings as a trusted technical advisor.
Support recruiting and retention of top engineering talent.
Oversee the development of electrical design documents including:
Development of subordinate engineers and technicians through training consistent with firm's practices.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in industrial electrical design.
Experience/Expertise in power, energy, biofuels, oil & gas, pulp & paper, or similar process industries.
Lighting and grounding systems, equipment layouts, single-line and motor diagrams.
Strong project management skills including budgeting and scheduling.
At least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
Proven success in team leadership, mentorship, and client engagement.
Possesses the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
Employs business development techniques to attract potential
Active Professional Engineering (PE) License required.
Desired proficiency in ETAP, AutoCAD, NavisWorks (BIM 360)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
