Embed and optimise Dayforce HRIS, streamline P&C processes, and support hotel openings and transitions.
Align hotel operations with the Elevate P&C strategy, working closely with State Managers and GMs.
Lead engagement initiatives, talent management, reward and performance frameworks, change management, and people communication strategies that enhance workplace culture.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Talent, P&C, Payroll.
Champion recruitment, onboarding, and career development in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams.
